Media Square warns on profits.(Financial report)

Investors Chronicle - magazine and web content, September, 2007

Media Square has warned on profits, but this time the problems are not of management's own making Shunil Roy-Chaudhuri

Media Square says that full-year earnings look set to be below expectations.

This is largely due to lower spending from a German client and the slow roll-out of a contract. The announcement led house broker Collins Stewart to reduce its 2007 adjusted EPS estimate to zero.

The shares sunk 34 per cent to 5.75p after the news. Pending the outcome of the strategic review (due in November), they are fairly priced.
