Telecom Plus' customer numbers have been static for a while , but chief executive Charles Wigoder says that "disguises a massive increase in terms of customer quality". That isn't showing through in the margin in the first-half, but should do after the winter months, when most energy is consumed - the "Plus" part of its combined utilities offering.
