Eight months into the job, White Young Green's chief executive Lawrie Haynes has finished his review of the consultancy firm's business and, overall, he's pretty happy with what he's found. The new boss believes that there's room for some improvement in staff retention, working capital management and information systems, but the strategy of focusing on broadly-spread organic growth bolstered by acquisitions gets the thumbs-up.
