Cable & Wireless targets disappoint.

Cable & Wireless' UK growth targets underwhelmed investors, sending its shares down 12 per cent. Tim Bradshaw
Cable & Wireless' new growth targets underwhelmed investors. The telco's shares fell 12 per cent after it pledged annual revenue growth of 5 to 8 per cent for the next five years in its UK, Europe and US business, with cash earnings growing 20 to 25 per cent a year.
A lack of new strategy and failure to confirm longer-term guidance for the international business seems to have disappointed investors. Fairly priced at 157p.
