Just six weeks after taking over from departed founder Jane Cavanagh, SCI Entertainment's new chief executive Phil Rogers is already taking drastic action. He's slashing staff levels by 25 per cent to 800 employees, which should cut annual operating costs by GBP14m, at a one-off cost of GBP7m.
