TIP UPDATE: Jolly Ranch deal called off as purchaser dithers
Nighthawk Energy and US operating partner Running Foxes have terminated the deal http://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/Companies/ByEvent/MergersAndAcquisitions/Inbrief/article/20090603/297eac24-502f-11de -b1d6-0015171400aa/Nighthawk-confirms-deal-terms.jsp deal announced less than a month ago to sell a minority interest in their flagship project, the Jolly Ranch project in Colorado, to San Severina. Completion of the deal and payment of the initial consideration had been due by the beginning of this week.
