Indianapolis -- Consona Software, a subsidiary of Cimnet Systems, Inc., achieved ISO 9001 certification for its BPO organization in Mysore, India. According to S. Shivaprakash, director of BPO services for Cimnet Systems, Cimnet's BPO organization offers a complete set of front-end engineering services to its customers, and because Cimnet's customers outsource such complex requirements to the center, such as the time and resource-intensive CAM, pre-CAM, quoting, and product engineering processes, the ISO certification has become that much more necessary.
This certification helps equip the company's operations to consistently meet the expectations of its customers.
