Partnering: A Strategic Initiative
The customer's perception is reality. That is one way of describing the importance companies are placing on their relationship with customers.
But all the slogans and quotes in the world will not help if a solid, basic relationship with a customer has not been established, monitored, constantly improved and adapted regularly. As competition grows keener, we need a better understanding of what differentiates one supplier from another when each has similar credentials and accomplishments. A fine line often separates the good from the bad.
