The Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA) has announced that it will hold its 2nd Annual Lightweight Materials for Defense conference in Washington, D.C., July 26-28, 2004. Developed as a forum to promote the research, development and execution of lightweight materials for military applications, the conference will bring together representatives from related military units/organizations, government agencies, manufacturers/contractors and technology service providers.
