Shooter's advice

Many years ago, to improve my productivity, I hired the late Dick Shooter as a consultant. At our first meeting Dick asked me to hand him my calendar. You can imagine how proud I was when he noticed that I had scheduled most of my working hours with appointments. He then asked, "What do you do on weekends?"
I proudly told him my goal on Saturday was to make certain that Monday started without the previous week's work left undone. Sunday was reserved for family.
