While specializing in complex medical tubing, PPC also fulfills standard tubing needs in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with online statistical quality control and two class 100,000 clean rooms. For development projects, PPC has a complete in-house machine shop and designers who utilize the latest in three-dimensional modeling software.
PPC offers unmatched technical expertise, custom design ability, complete in-house tool-making capabilities, and is a major supplier of complex tubing and sub-assemblies. Our core capabilities include the manufacture of multilumen, multilayer, braided, and extremely thin-walled tubing and profiles formulated from one of the industry's widest selection of radiopaque and non-radiopaque polymers. The PPC culture is one that emphasizes world class quality in our process and our products, an important element in supporting those efforts is adherence to the recently achieved registration/certification to the ISO 13485:2003 Medical Device Quality Management Standard.
In June of 2007 PPC added a dedicated business unit devoted to streamlining secondary operation applications. PPC is emerging as a critical added value resource for a number of our current customers. The efficiency and focus provided by PPC covers a wide range of secondary operation applications and provides our customers a broader range of capabilities within one manufacturing organization.
