* Coram sells pharmacy services unit. Coram Healthcare Corp., a Denver-based home infusion company, agreed to sell its pharmacy services division to members of management and GTCR Golder Rauner, a Chicago-based equity investment firm, for $41.3 million. The sale of the division, which generates about $100 million in annual revenue, is expected to be completed this summer. Division President Dom Meffe will be CEO of the renamed CuraScript, Orlando, Fla. Coram is negotiating with lenders to convert a large part of its $260 million debt to equity and will use proceeds to repay debt.
