Trinity Health continues to shed subsidiaries. This time, the Roman Catholic health system has a $1.2 million deal to sell its architecture and design arm to HKS, the Dallas-based healthcare architecture giant.

Trinity Design, Farmington Hills, Mich., a not-for-profit with 24 architects, had revenue of $9.1 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, according to Trinity Health. Trinity officials said they expect to announce the sale this week.
