TEMPLETON, Calif.-Tenet Healthcare Corp., Dallas, said a 30-bed, $60 million patient tower at Twin Cities Community Hospital should be ready to accept patients by July. The expansion will bring the hospital to 114 beds, Tenet said. The tower also houses an expanded emergency department, a critical-care unit and an obstetrics unit. Tenet also said that it will begin a $12 million project to add a parking garage with 523 spaces at 160-bed Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, San Luis Obispo, Calif. A developer is building a medical office building on Sierra Vista's campus.
