Midwest.(Regional News)(Aurora Health Care accquires Advanced Healthcare)(buildings and facilities of medical centres)(Condell Medical Center expanded its emergency department)

MILWAUKEE-Aurora Health Care said it will acquire physician-owned Advanced Healthcare, a multispecialty group practice. Terms of the deal, which has not yet closed, were not released. Physician Nick Turkal, Aurora's president and chief executive officer, said that the deal expands the 11-hospital system's geographic reach and adds Advance Healthcare's 250 physicians to Aurora Medical Group's 680-doctor practice. The system also announced plans to build a hospital in the Wisconsin village of Grafton. The proposed hospital's cost, size and location within Grafton have not yet been made final, a spokesman said.
