Central Fidelity National Bank Information Security VP John Walsh selected the Norman Virus Control (NVC) software to protect the company's computer system from viruses. The NVC features a virus scanner and virus blocker to guard computers from over 9,000 viruses. The virus scanner scans for viruses every time a PC is turned on and notifies users if any are detected while the virus blocker searches and then stops any virus-like activity.
