* In a recent report, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights criticized the Supreme Court for obscuring "the nation's vision for the [Americans with Disabilities Act] as expressed by Congress and refus[ing] to give deference to the extensive guidance issued by the federal agencies charged by Congress with enforcing the ADA." The report is "Sharing the Dream: Is the ADA Accommodating All?" It also contains recommendations on achieving the goals of the ADA.
