Alpha Systems Lab of Costa Mesa, California, has introduced RemoteWatch Xperience 4.0, a comprehensive digital video transmission and storage tool designed for the surveillance industry. Its modular de sign allows users to buy only the needed components, while video motion detection eliminates the need for additional motion sensors. With multiplex recording, users can view one set of cameras while recording others in the background, and users can monitor up to four remote locations simultaneously through most communications media. Alarm and event recording provide critical-incident video capture, and voice over IP sends live or recorded audio over LANs or WANs.
