ACTE: What is the U.S. Department of Labor's role in building a pipeline of skilled workers who can successfully compete in this 21st century economy?
BS: I think the Department of Labor's role is two-fold. Number one, we're essentially the corporate headquarters for what we call the publicly funded workforce system, which is a $10 billion system, including adult, youth training, dislocated worker programs.
