8981W Dr. Pepper/Seven Up, Plano, TX, May 18 (Dallas). The agency noted that an inspection of franchise manufacturer Grant-Lydick Beverages disclosed failure of labeling to show percentage of fruit juices in Cherry 7-Up.

8982W LaRocca Smoked Salmon dba LaRocca Seafood Specialties, Princeton by the Sea, CA, May 11 (San Francisco). FDA stated that the firm's seafood Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Point (HACCP) failed to control for Clostridium botulinum in cold smoked salmon. S-HACCP

8983W John B. Sanfilippo & Sons, Elk Grove Village, IL, May 16 (Chicago). The letter cited the firm for failing to hold intact a shipment of roasted peanuts and that the agency had requested redelivery by the U.S. Customs Service. The date of the shipment was April 6.

8984W Quality Fruits Products, Yauco, PR, May 16 (Puerto Rico). FDA cited Quality for failing to note the presence of sodium EDTA in "Food Club" brand white beans. Investigator German Rivera conducted the Aug. 17-Sept. 29 inspection.

8985W UTC International, Miami, FL, May 17 (Florida). The letter stated that UTC failed to hold intact an entire shipment of fresh whole snapper and that redelivery by U.S. Customs had been requested. The date of the shipment was May 4.

8986W Zarda King, Dolton, IL, May 12 (Chicago). FDA cited Zarda for unsanitary conditions including evidence of rodent and insect infestation. The agency inspected the company Feb. 28 and 29 and March 2, 7 and 9.
