Maybe you've never heard of Sevendust, the devoutly tattooed rock band known for such subtle songs as ``Bitch.'' But if you're in the demo for alternative rock, you soon will. Indy label TVT Records is spending $500,000 on a comprehensive campaign to launch this product to the targeted masses. TVT shot an entertaining 30-minute rockumentary to run as paid programming in 35 markets starting Nov. 13 via Media Direct/LA. To help pay for the deal, it sold ad time to sponsors including Best Buy and Epithone Guitars; the show includes a TVT direct-response ad to sell the CD and video.
