Sayings linked with women are updated in Women.com Networks' first branding campaign breaking tomorrow. In six 15-second spots, cliches such as "Diamonds are a girl's best friend" are altered to read "401 (k)s are a girl's best friend." All the spots close with tagline "It's all on Women.com." Citron Haligman Bedecarre Euro RSCG, San Francisco, handled the effort running in markets including Austin, Texas, New York and San Francisco.

Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, San Francisco, is handling online ads.
