DoubleClick buys e-mail publisher.

DoubleClick, an Internet advertising network, is acquiring Opt-In Email.com, an Internet e-mail marketing, publishing and list management company, for an undisclosed amount. The all-stock transaction augments DoubleClick's previously announced DARTmail, which lets marketers using DART technology integrate e-mail marketing campaigns.
