The famed Sydney Opera House is transformed into a sports arena -- made of what appear to be wedges of basketballs -- in a print ad and poster campaign for NBC Sports' broadcast of the Summer Olympics. Basketball will be a key area of the network's coverage of the Games, and copy on the ads reads, "Team USA.
Coming to Sydney in September," along with the NBC Olympic logo. Smash Advertising, Boston, created the work. Copywriter: Andy Saucier. Art director: Ian Maggiacomo.
