Getting college students' attention has never been easy, but marketers are gaining more options through mushrooming custom TV offerings delivered via cable and satellite systems.

Two young New York companies-Burly Bear Network and Zilo Networks-are making aggressive moves on territory controlled by CTN Media's College Television Network.
