ING Americas is putting on the dog to create brand awareness in the U.S. The U.S. unit of the Dutch financial services giant breaks a $20 million branding campaign today from Havas Advertising's Jordan McGrath Case & Partners, New York. The TV and print effort-tagged ``It's not an ending, it's a beginning''-is the first work for ING from the shop since it won the account in November.
