White House opens bidding for $152 mil drug account

[washington] The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy issued a 111-page request for proposals, officially starting the bidding contest for its $152 million account. A bidders conference was set for Washington Nov. 8; bids are due Nov. 29. Incumbent Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide said it had not decided if it will compete.
