Employment services company Manpower is believed to have moved its previously dormant global account, worth an estimated $25 to $30 million, to WPP Group's Grey Global Group after a pitch involving WPP's Young & Rubicam and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Lowe Worldwide. The exception is France, where the local account stays at WPP's Red Cell.
