Grey Worldwide, the advertising network of Grey Global Group, formally named Jim Heekin as chairman-CEO, ending months of speculation. Mr. Heekin, chairman-CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide until Aug. 1, resigned from that post following a boardroom battle the resulted in the ouster of his former boss, Alain de Pouzilhac, and Mr. Heekin's exclusion from a newly created Havas management team.
