[Santa Monica, Calif.] Secret Weapon Marketing said it has resigned the estimated $50 million Ikea U.S. account after two years working with the retailer. In a statement, Dick Sittig, agency founder, said the agency for two years has "attempted to help them with their business issues. ... Since they have implemented only a tiny fraction of those recommendations, we have decided to put our energy, thinking and enthusiasm into finding a client that is a better fit.'' Ikea executives could not be reached for comment.
