Flipping burgers at McDonald's isn't a job. It's a career.

That's the message the country's largest fast feeder is hoping to send with a new TV spot aimed at redefining the McJob as the first step on a trajectory instead of a dead end.

The commercial tells the story of East Division President Karen King, who joined Mickey D's 30 years ago in Lawrenceville, Ga., and today manages some 5,000 restaurants comprising 36%-$10 billion-of revenue for the domestic system.
