In celebration of the multicultural charm and beauty of Baltimore, Congress attendees converged in the Exhibit Hall for this year's ACA Monday Night Event, Summer Block Party. This summertime gala brought attendees from all levels of corrections together as one in the Exhibit Hall to participate in a variety of fun activities, including a drawing for a $1,000 cash prize, as they ventured from one exhibitors' booth to the next, collecting valuable information.
