Feds indict former CSK Auto executives.(News)

The U.S. Justice Department has indicted two former executives of auto parts retailer CSK Auto Corp. on 31 counts of conspiracy and related charges in an alleged scheme to manipulate CSK's corporate earnings statements.

A grand jury in Phoenix handed down the charges April 7 against Martin Fraser, former CSK president and chief operating officer, and Don Watson, the company's former chief financial officer.

Separately on the same day, Gary Opper, former CSK director of credits and receivables, was charged with obstruction of justice.
