Stonyfield Farm has teamed with the Honest Tea brand to create Vanilla Chai ice cream, which blends the latter company's Fair Trade-certified Kashmiri Chai tea into Stonyfield's organic vanilla ice cream. Stonyfield reports the new flavor has a certain "zing" from its mix of rich spices like ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Fair Trade sources are growers that have been paid fair prices to produce quality products using environmentally sound methods.
