It must be in the water at Oregon Trail Electric. I found your story on Sue Fullerton (January 2001 issue) very interesting. I would pass along my encouragement to her and any others interested in obtaining their degree through an extended learning program.
As a bit of background information, I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in June of 1991. I was working as the Member Services Manager at OTEC, and wanted to complete my degree to provide advancement opportunities. At that time we did not have the benefit of the Internet or online programs and services. It takes a lot of hard work and long hours but it is well worth it.
