Communicator receives national recognition. (People).

Kootenai Electric Cooperative Communication Specialist Jane K. Baker, has earned recognition as a Professional Certified Cooperative Communicator (CCC) in a national program offered by the Council of Rural Electric Communicators, which is affiliated with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA).

Baker met the requirements for the professional certification by submitting a portfolio of work samples for evaluation in the field of mass communication and/or marketing communication. Having passed that evaluation, Baker then took a four-hour written examination administered by an educational consulting firm whose principals conduct similar examinations for many national organizations throughout the United States.
