TEA[R] named scheduling coordinator for California ISO.(Associate Member News)

The California Independent Systems Operator (CAL-ISO) announced that The Energy Authority[R] (TEA) had successfully completed the CAL-ISO Scheduling Coordinator Certification process. TEA began scheduling on December 17 for trade date December 18 and has completed its first California transaction with Pasadena Water and Power.

TEA is the nation's leader in public power energy trading and risk management. In July 2006, TEA acquired Power Resource Managers, LLP, expanding its footprint to serve California and other public power organizations located in the Northwest.
