This year marked Public Power Week's 21st anniversary as the American Public Power Association's (APPA) cross-country program to explain the importance of public power to local citizens and other key publics, including state and national officials. This year, NWPPA member utilities again celebrated Public Power Week (October 7-13) in a variety of stylish and creative ways.
