S&C Electric Company welcomes two distinguished new members to its Board of Directors: Erie Nye and Judy Whinfrey.

Nye is chairman emeritus of TXU Corp., now Energy Future Holdings Corp., one of the nation's largest electric utilities. In 1987, he was elected president of TXU and became chairman and CEO in 1997. He is also the past chair of the Greater Dallas Chamber and is a member of the Governor's Business Council in Texas.
