Most PC users face a dilemma of not being able to "Find That File." The standard file locator that comes with your Windows Operating System simply isn't up to the monumental task of searching the way you need to search.
The lack of capability to search for key-words, emails, Outlook PST, Adobe PDF, ZIP Compressed Files, HTML, Office Suite extensions and all those other files that your Operating System doesn't read on its own can make the loss of data seem permanent.
