WRQ/CHORDIANT AID CALL CENTERS INTEGRATE LEGACY DATA WITH WEB.(Company Business and Marketing)

WRQ, Inc. has signed an agreement with Chordiant Software, Inc. for providing software solutions that empower large enterprise data centers to improve their customer support capabilities by web-enabling their infrastructures, comprised largely of legacy data housed on IBM mainframe and other host systems. Through this agreement, WRQ provides components of its WRQ Apptrieve legacy application mining solution with Chordiant's software.

Introduced in September 1999, WRQ Apptrieve allows organizations to mine and reuse data in legacy applications for integration with e-business solutions.
