Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR), Detroit, has introduced XPEDITER/DevEnterprise 4.0. which enables real application understanding and is designed for developers so they can deliver timely, scalable and reliable applications.
"Experienced developers are getting harder to find in general, but a more difficult problem is finding developers with specific application knowledge," said Dick Heiman, research director, IDC.
