Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE:CA), Islandia, N.Y., has announced "day one" support for IBM's z/OS and z/OS.e version 1.6 across its Unicenter, eTrust, BrightStor, Advantage and AllFusion brands. This continues CA's unbroken record of same-day support for every release of the z/OS operating system.
Through close cooperation with IBM during its z/OS Early Test Program, CA has upgraded its industry-leading portfolio of mainframe management solutions to support z/OS v1.6, which is designed to meet customers' evolving performance and scalability requirements.
