Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM), Princeton, N.J., a provider of server and workstation memory, has successfully doubled the maximum memory capacity of Sun Microsystems' Sun Fire V490 and V890 servers. Customers can now achieve 32GB of memory on a CPU/Memory Module with Dataram's DRS880/8192.
"Dataram's memory options are designed to deliver more power and value," stated Lars Marcher, president of Dataram. "Dataram's 8GB upgrade allows customers to expand memory capacity without being forced to add costly and unneeded processors or having to trade-up to a more expensive server."
