OKI AND INNOVADA UNVEIL V.22BIS EMBEDDED MODEM SOLUTION.(Innovada IN30144 )

Oki Semiconductor, a technology partner for the new era of digital communications and convergence, and Innovada, a provider of device to device communications, have unveiled a V.22bis embedded modem solution for Oki's advantage microcontroller family of general purpose MCU products. The software modem solution, in combination with Oki's ARM7 core family-based ML674K and ML675K series of microcontrollers, is a turn-key, inexpensive alternative to hardware modem chipsets, and is aimed at industrial, point-of-sale, remote access and other data applications.
The Oki-Innovada solution consists of two parts: Innovada's soft modem designed to run on Oki's advantage microcontroller families, and a single DAA chip, a fully integrated line-interface component. All of...
