Odyssey Pictures Corporation, Dallas, (BULLETIN BOARD: OPIX) has formed a new joint venture with Kasstech, Inc., a private company with patent-pending processes in digital compression and high-speed delivery of video/audio information.

Kasstech-Odyssey Productions (KOP) is positioning itself as the premiere Media Repository company to facilitate its clients in the management of media and distribution. The core of this business is in being able to compress video at up to 900:1, store the video, stream the video and manage updates.
