BELGIUM CERTIFIES KOFAX CAPTURE SOFTWARE.

Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), Irvine, Calif., the leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced its Kofax Capture software has been awarded certification from Belgium's Ministry of Finance to become the nation's first legally-approved capture software for organizations converting to paperless invoice processing systems.

Conforming to the nation's new regulations governing paper-to-digital conversion, Kofax currently offers the only valid platform available to Belgian organizations seeking to move from paper-based to electronic-only invoice processing.
