Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) has been awarded a contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide telephone and Internet customer contact products and solutions to federal customers. The contract has a ceiling value of $100 million and a performance period of five years.
SAIC's Technology Applications Group will work closely with the GSA's Center for Emerging Technologies to provide call center solutions. The contract was awarded by and is managed and administered by the GSA Federal Technology Service (FTS).
