ACS (NYSE: ACS), a leading provider of technology-based outsourcing solutions to government and commercial clients worldwide, announced that its newly acquired business, Intellisource, part of ACS' Government Solutions Group (ACS GSG), has been selected as the prime contractor on the Code R Delivery Order under the Outsourcing Desktop Initiative (ODIN) for NASA. The contract, with an initial three-year term and estimated value of more than $120 million, brings the total number of commercial and government desktops supported by ACS to over 300,000. ACS estimates the value of the contract at $500 million if all contract options are exercised.
