The Dutch company SNT will become the European leader in the management of call centres, following the acquisition of the activities in the sector of the Dutch telecommunications group KPN, and the French computer group Atos Origin. SNT announced on July 17 that it was to acquire KPN's call centres and associated services - organisation of tele-conferences on the telephone or the Internet, assistance to subscribers, training in client relations techniques - for Euro 180 million.
